Greenhouse

Chocolate Room

Michele Zambanini
Michele Zambanini combines a profound respect for ingredients with tireless research and creativity. After honing his craft in Italy and abroad, he became Villa d’Este’s Group Executive Chef in 2012. He now leads a team of over 60 chefs in creating dishes that reflect the very best of Italian tradition.
Alex Bartoli
Alex Bartoli has served as Villa d’Este’s talented Wine Director since 2022. With an international background and deep passion, he expanded the wine collection from 300 to over 10,000 carefully curated labels. His vision has elevated wine culture across the group’s properties, turning each cellar into a sensory journey through global viticultural excellence.
