VILLA D’ESTE S.P.A. promotes a work environment where it is possible to freely report any unlawful conduct occurring within the Company.
To this end, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, the Company has implemented a so-called Whistleblowing System, through:
- the activation of dedicated reporting channels (e.g., an online platform) that ensure the confidentiality—also through the use of encryption—of the identity of the whistleblower, the person reported, any individuals mentioned in the report, the content, and the related documentation;
- the assignment of report management to an external party, independent from the Company, specifically appointed and trained for this purpose;
- the implementation of a Whistleblowing procedure;
- the implementation of the so-called “privacy documentation”, relating to the confidential handling of data provided through the report.
