The cooking class experience at Platano Restaurant is designed as an exclusive journey, offering guests an authentic moment of discovery and connection in a stunning lakeside setting on Lake Como. During the session, participants will be guided in the preparation of one exquisite pasta variety, carefully selected according to the day’s program. Each date features a different pasta shape, ensuring a unique and refined experience every time. Guests will learn hands-on techniques while immersing themselves in the distinctive and elegant atmosphere of this exceptional location.
Wednesday: Stuffed pasta (tortello)
Thursday: Gnocchi
Friday: Long Pasta (tagliolini, pappardelle tagliatelle) The selection of sauces/condiments and ravioli fillings will change on a weekly basis
During the experience, guests will enjoy a dedicated wine pairing featuring André Clouet - Silver Brut Nature S.A., and will have the pleasure of tasting a dish crafted with the pasta they prepared themselves. The tasting is complemented by homemade eggplant parmigiana and concludes with a selection of fine dry pastries, providing a delightful and refined sweet ending to this culinary journey.
