Facial Treatments

Body treatments

At Villa d’Este, self-care is a noble and mindful gesture. Our body treatments blend the effectiveness of selected ingredients with the expertise of skilled therapists. From the renewing treatment, gently exfoliating the skin, to face and back massages that relieve tension and brighten the complexion. Thermal wraps, reshaping rituals and detoxifying muds nourish, tone and relax. A holistic vision of beauty, where the body becomes a sanctuary of serenity.

Health conditions

Kindly inform our reception team of any allergies and/or recent surgeries before beginning your treatment.
Treatments are permitted for guests with heart conditions, undergoing oncology therapies or presenting other significant medical concerns only with prior written authorisation from their physician.
Expectant mothers are welcome to enjoy all facial treatments, final touch services, and hand and foot care rituals.

Etiquette

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the Beauty Center, we kindly ask guests to silence or switch off mobile phones and electronic devices.
The hotel is not responsible for any lost, damaged or forgotten items.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Check-in
We kindly invite you to arrive at the Beauty Center reception a few minutes before your appointment. You are welcome to wear your bathrobe—your comfort is our pleasure.

Appointments
Should you arrive late, the duration of your treatment will be reduced accordingly to avoid delays for other guests. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received by the end of the day prior to your appointment will not incur any charge. For late cancellations, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
