Whisky Dinner - Drink & Learn with The Macallan
When Scottish mastery meets Italian hospitality, an experience dedicated to true whisky connoisseurs is born.
On Friday, December 5th, within the enchanting atmosphere of the Villa d’Este Greenhouse, guests will be guided through a journey of discovery led by The Macallan, the legendary distillery synonymous with craftsmanship, elegance, and tradition.
From the aperitif to the neat tasting, each moment will be accompanied by The Macallan Brand Ambassador, who will lead participants through the aromas, stories, and nuances of five remarkable expressions: 12 Double Cask, Rare Cask 2024, 25 Sherry Oak 2023, N.6 Decanter, and Time Space.

The evening will open with a refined aperitif, featuring whisky-based cocktails and paired finger food to set the tone for an evening of conviviality and discovery.

A three-course dinner will follow, thoughtfully crafted to harmonize with the aromatic profiles of each pairing:
- Seared scampi, chicory, smoked scamorza
- Turbot, turnip tops, “bagnacauda” with crusco pepper
- “Noccio’”, hazelnut ganache, liquid caramel
Each dish will be paired with a whisky cocktail balancing tradition and creativity:
Macallan 12 Double Cask, peach, thyme, lapsang kombucha
Macallan 12 Sherry Oak, coconut, pepper
Macallan 12 Double Cask, coffee cold brew cordial
To conclude, a guided tasting of The Macallan’s most iconic expressions — a sensory journey of depth and refinement, designed for true enthusiasts.
