Villa d’Este invites you to discover the art of cooking tableside, through its exclusive flambé tasting nights: a culinary journey where flavour merges with the spectacle of fire.

Rediscover a tradition dating back to 1895, when maître Henry Charpentier made it famous at the Café de Paris in Monte Carlo.

At Villa d’Este, the art of flambé comes to life through a refined dining experience, where intense flavours, theatrical gestures and elegant presentation come together in a unique atmosphere.

During these special evenings, dishes are prepared directly in front of Guests, transforming dinner into a moment to savour and share. The experience is complemented by a selection of fine wines, curated by our Wine Director, Alex Bartoli, to accompany every moment of the evening.
