Seasonal specialities, market specials and culinary rarities from Chef Michele Zambanini will be rotated throughout the spring and summer. Eight immaculately curated dishes are served as guests have the opportunity to craft their own tasting experience, choosing from 3, 4 or 5 courses, all paired with sublime wines. The menu is influenced by ingredients from all over the world, taking inspiration from European, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines to match the wines from different perspectives.
