This event is dedicated to recruiting new talent for the 2025 season across various roles within our group, including Villa d’Este, the iconic hotel on Lake Como; Villa La Massa, a stunning property along the Arno River near Florence; and our 4-star hotels in Como, Palace Hotel and Barchetta Excelsior.
After an initial online application, our Talent and Culture team will reach out to selected candidates, inviting them to join us at the Career Open Day. During the event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and talents directly to our team, allowing us to understand your strengths and ambitions better. You’ll also be able to meet with department managers to explore areas that align with your interests.
