As winter settles in, the Veranda at Villa d’Este is imbued with the season’s richest aromas and colours, celebrating the great tradition of Italian gastronomy through a calendar of culinary experiences that exude timeless charm. Three special occasions showcase the pleasure of the table as both ritual and art:
- the Grand Carriage of Boiled Meats, served every Thursday at lunch
- the Saddle of Venison “Baden Baden” style, offered every Friday at dinner
- and the Roasts on the Carriage, the highlight of Sunday lunch
