Flambé Nights: the art of tableside cooking
Villa d’Este invites you to discover the art of cooking tableside, through its exclusive flambé tasting nights: a culinary journey where flavour merges with the spectacle of fire.
Reviving a tradition that began in 1895 with maître Henry Charpentier at the “Café de Paris” in Monte Carlo, our cuisine aims to enchant guests through a privileged experience that combines elegance, intense flavours, and a captivating atmosphere.
During these events, you will have the opportunity to savour a meticulously curated tasting menu, with refined dishes ranging from Cognac-flambéed Scallops to Moscato Zabaglione.
Each dish will be masterfully flambéed tableside, creating a captivating display for guests, and perfectly paired with a selection of fine wines, carefully chosen by our Wine Director Alex Bartoli.
The event will take place in the Sala Napoleone, an exclusive and intimate setting that offers guests a personalized, immersive, and unforgettable experience.
