Motorboat with Captain

With the cooperation of “Tasell” private boat company, in order to make your stay at Villa d’Este an unforgettable experience, we recommend a romantic excursion with a private motorboat and skipper. See the lake from the best possible viewpoint admiring the majestic mountains and villas dotting the shorelines.

Suggested excursions:

  • One-hour tour: The south western basin of Lake Como.
  • Three-hour tour: This allows you to visit Tremezzo and Bellagio, stopping for about an hour and a half.
  • Five-hour tour: In a five-hour tour you can visit Tremezzo and Bellagio as well as stopping off somewhere for a bite to eat.
  • Seven-hour tour: In addition to visiting Bellagio, you have time to include the pretty villages of Varenna and Menaggio as well as a chance to stop off somewhere nice for lunch.
  • An eight-hour tour: it gives you the chance to visit to the whole lake.

Suggested excursions:

* Our boats vary in size and can accommodate up to seven people (like the water taxis in Venice), twenty people (the “Apollo” type boat) and forty people (the “Villa D’Este” type boat).

** Please note that we confirm the reservation by class not by model. A particular model may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Description of the most interesting locations:

You can visit some of the villages dotting the coastline such as Tremezzo and Bellagio, known as “the pearl of the lake” thanks to its position in the middle of the lake, with shops and handicrafts. You can also enjoy lunch in one of the typical local restaurants. If you’d like to see more, we recommend visiting Menaggio and Varenna.
